Maxilla and Mandible has been a fixture on Columbus Avenue near the Museum of Natural History for as long as I can remember.  According to its website, it was founded in 1983.  Their niche is selling museum quality natural history specimens to the general public.  That encompasses more than just bones, but everyone I know thinks of it as the bone store.
