These are the side altars at St. Mary’s Church in Yonkers, NY, which I have featured numerous times before. The top photo, left altar, has a statue of St. Mary, the bottom photo right altar is St. Joseph. I realize the top image is askew and has an unfortunate flare.  Correcting the skew would lose too much of the image so I left it as is. Working on the images from this location has reminded me — again — of the need to be patient in the field. I had as much time as I could have wanted inside this building, yet I still felt rushed trying to get every possible shot. I should have slowed down a bit and made sure that every shot I got was just right.
