Usually when standing on the Brooklyn Bridge Park walkway you point the camera towards Manhattan, but sometimes it helps to turn it back towards Brooklyn because you just might find something interesting. Those are the semi-famous pylons that almost every photographer gets a shot of looking towards the Manhattan skyline. I myself took more than one I will probably eventually share.

Yet I love this one more than those, being just a bit less obvious as a subject, and also being quite fortunately timed just as night was beginning to transition to early morning. The color contrast between the blue sky and golden lights is a bonus.
