This was meant for Friday, but the day got away from me and when I did have some time in the late afternoon to get this up it hardly seemed worth it. So today I’m doing a double post. First this, taken during the Kilimanjaro Safari ride in Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom. We do the safari every trip but this year we rode early, at 9am, having heard that the animals are more likely to be out and visible early in the morning. It worked out for us. We’ve never been disappointed due to a total lack of visible animals, but this trip did offer more opportunities, including this water buffalo that was grazing inches from our truck.
