I’ve been working here roughly 20 years and I cannot remember ever leaving in the dark and seeing the Radio City Marquee be dark like this. This was shortly after a brief but rather fierce thunderstorm, but as you can see none of the other lights in the area are out, including office lights in the same building. It’s a mystery — one that might, I expect, be fascinating only to me. Happy Independence Day tomorrow and have a wonderful weekend.
