This is one of my favorite storefronts and neon signs in the city. It has been on the blog a few times. It’s a J Crew store actually, in Tribeca on West Broadway.  I shot it this particular evening  for a photo challenge I was working on last fall. I think the idea was to shoot something that was not what it appeared to be, or something like that. I ended up using a different shot of a different subject, but I went back into my catalog yesterday and decided it was worth pulling this out.
