St. Patrick’s Cathedral – Lent 2019

Prime Lens Experiment – Week 15, 15mm lens

I work very close to St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and it has become my regular “work parish” for things like Ash Wednesday, other Lenten obligations, Mass on Holy Days of obligation,  and the occasional photo.  The interior has been completely redone recently, and looks cleaner and brighter than it used to.  I thought it would be a good location to try out the 15mm lens in April and it did not disappoint. I did straighten out a lot of the distortion so at least the pillars surrounding the altar look straight.
