I’ve been doing this small project in 2019 to take at least one photo every week, using a prime lens, and to post it. It has helped my both get back in the habit of posting more regularly, and familiarize myself with various prime lenses.

Many times I only get 1 decent photo that week (sometimes arguably not even that), but other times I get maybe a couple of dozen usable images. This is a previously unused photo from a trip to the Gowanus section of Brooklyn very early in 2019 that I made for the prime lens project. I happened to park very close to this alley and it immediately caught my eye as I walked past.
