Sunrise, Pier A, Hoboken

Hrm. Is sunrise. Is trees. Is water. Is park. Is pretty.

But it isn’t as good as it should be, and I’m not sure what went wrong. it’s soft, I think, plus the sun is a blobby mess.  It isn’t bad, but it isn’t what I wanted it to be. But I drove across the river to another state, dammit, and I’m posting the picture. 🙂

Tomorrow’s image and post will demonstrate the opposite phenomenon. Whereas today I achieved a disappointing result in an area of photography where I think (at least) I know what I’m doing, tomorrow I will post an image taken using techniques I am unfamiliar with and where I think I got lucky because I am very pleased with the result.

    No perfect people allowed Mark. We all make what we consider subpar images, but even your subpar is still quite nice! Can’t wait for tomorrow’s post!
