I’m not a tattoo kind of guy, but if I were, I think I would give Fun City Tattoos a chance. I’m not sure they actually offer cappuccino, but their Yelp reviews are uniformly good. Plus, it just seems that St. Mark’s place is the right location to get your tattoo.
This is right next door to the Physical Graffiti album cover buildings, which you can see to the left.
