This is a 10-second exposure capturing the France pavilion at Epcot in Walt Disney World one night while the night was winding down. In Epcot, the many restaurants remain open long after the park is otherwise closed, so it is possible to walk around for a good hour at least after the crowds disperse and get some great night shots uncluttered by other guests.
