The Lemon Ice King of Corona is an institution and something of a landmark in Queens. While not well known beyond our fair borough, it was featured, briefly, on the opening title sequence of the comedy “The King of Queens,” showing up below at about the 28 second mark. By the way, I did cross the street and get myself an ice, in the classic lemon flavor*, after grabbing this shot. This is another plastic lens shot using the Holga plastic lens on my D700.
