I mentioned last week that there was a categorical exception to the rule that shots of people from behind are not interesting, that applies to the Crosswalk series.  This is an example: when I’m standing on one corner aiming to take shots across the crosswalk on the other side, and somebody steps in front of me, standing in the crosswalk while waiting to cross, and I’m so close that the image just pops out of the background bokeh.  The background is so amazing, I very nearly posted this one in color, but decided to stick to the series standard.
