I just returned from my annual nXnw photo trip with friends. This year’s location covered both Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. There were lighthouses and fishing boats everywhere, but I’m starting with a shot that features neither.

This is in the Greenwich Peninsula portion of Prince Edward Island National park. This floating boardwalk leads to the Greenwich Dunes, a series of coastal, parabolic dunes on the Gulf of St. Lawrence .
