I think this is a probably an inadvertent triple exposure.  Sadly I did a poor job of record keeping: I have no idea what type of film this is or what camera I used, except that it is pretty clearly some form of medium format.  AllI am certain of is all exposures were taken on W.15th Street in Coney Island, near Surf Avenue.
